Come join our new Low Impact Aerobics Exercise!
A combination of low intensity to a rhythmic routine of stretching and strength training to build muscle endurance without putting stress to your joints!

- Keeping the spine functional and mobile, limiting disability caused by chronic pain!
- Can help relieve back pain by decreasing stiffness and improving blood flow to the spinal structures!
Venue: Covered Activity Plaza between Jurong East St 32 Blk 316 & 312
Time: Every 1st, 3rd, 4th Tuesdays of the month, 11am - 12pm
Attire: Light, Loose clothes; slippers allowed

Volunteers are needed across various schools within the Jurong GRC to befriend youths.
They would need to engage the youths in activities like fun ice breaking games and discuss about positive life values through these activities.
There would be a curriculum for the mentors to fall back on and refer to. Mentors who are able to commit for 1 year would also be given a chance undergo a mentoring course fully borne by us’
If you are:
18 years old and above
Positive, Outgoing, Cheerful
Creative, Dedicated and Patient
Does not have problems speaking up in groups ( 20 students a session )
Able to be a team player
WE NEED YOU!
Commitment period : Once weekly/Fortnightly
Duration: 1-1.5 hours per session
