To serve the residents and needy students to the best of our abilities,
through programmes and activities,
with professionalism in promoting social and multi-racial community bonding.
The needs of each and every member of the community we serve, regardless of language, race, creed or religion. As such, we are continually evaluating the ever-evolving needs of the community and constantly looking for ways to improve our services and implement new programmes to meet those needs.
Since then, the Centre has expanded its services to serve not only Jurong Central Constituency but also the whole of Jurong GRC.
On 4 December 2004,
Loving Heart Multi-Service Centre (Jurong Central) [LHMSCJC] was officially opened by Mr. Lim Boon Heng, former Minister, Prime Minister's Office (2001-2011), former MP for Jurong GRC. LHMSCJC was set up as a one-stop social service centre based upon the model of Loving Heart Multi-Service Centre (Yuhua).
This multi-purpose social service centre located at Block 316 Jurong East Street 32 #01-279 would undertake social projects within Jurong Central Constituency and collaborate with relevant organisations to better serve the community.
