To allow participating schools and Loving Heart to better analyse the impact of the S.T.A.M.P programme on the students and track their progress, a 3-year expanded and restructured version of S.T.A.M.P was launched in March 2011.
Making its debut in 2 pilot schools, Jurong Primary School and Jurong Secondary School, S.T.R.I.V.E reached out to 40 students previously on the 1-year S.T.A.M.P programme.
During 2016, two participating schools have converted from STAMP to STRIVE

The expertise of Boys Town was enlisted to formulate and redesign the Mentoring components of the 1-year S.T.A.M.P programme to span across 3 years. The Sports component was also extended to include more skill-based training.
SPORT: A more extensive lesson plan was designed and implemented by the coaches who focused on teaching the skills and techniques of the schools' selected sport. Currently, the two ongoing sports in Jurong Primary School and Jurong Secondary School are soccer and cycling respectively.
TUITION: An experienced tutor would be sent to respective schools to give the students extra classes. These extra tuition would reinforce what was taught by the school.
MENTORING: The first year remained essentially unchanged from S.T.A.M.P while an additional 20 sessions of mentoring curriculum was added for the second year. In the third year, the mentoring curriculum encourages S.T.R.I.V.E students to contribute back to society by participating in various community activities and projects.
For 2015, S.T.R.I.V.E is conducted in 4 schools: Shuqun Primary, Jurong Secondary, Jurongville Secondary and Shuqun Secondary.
The S.T.R.I.V.E programme benefits students by teaching practical study skills as well as cultivating civic-mindedness which will build up both the students' character and academic competence.
S.T.R.I.V.E. is targeted to commence in the remaining S.T.A.M.P. schools.
