Stretch Band Exercise

In collaboration with Health Promotion Board, we commence its first session in September 2019.

Stretch Band Exercise adds an extra challenge to the workout without putting much pressure on the muscles. This exercise helps to increase blood flow and improve joints .

Located at the Multi-Purpose Hall between Block 316 & 312 Jurong East Street 32, the exercise is held every Thursdays. The duration of the exercise will be from 11am to 12pm.
